We are currently looking for three current businesses to test our Opportunity Analysis system with. The service will be free, all we ask is for feedback and reviews.
New Business/Start-Up Collaboration
Our mission when working with new businesses is to create a long-term partnership that enables continuous growth. Timeframes will differ, but our goal is a 6-month GTM plan.
Initial Meeting:
During the initial meeting, we will seek to gain the insights of your business ideas, understand your experiences and potential, and give honest feedback of how our professional relationship should work. We will also agree on a compensation program (part ownership, profit sharing, lump sum, or retainer).
Business Model Design and Strategy Development
Once we understand your ideas and business potential, we will conduct market research and create a plan to get your business from idea to market. We will conduct two meetings a month during this phase.
- Strategy Meeting: This meeting is where FPC briefs clients on our research and provides recommendations and next steps.
- Progress Meeting: This meeting is for clients and FPC to share their progress on steps from the Strategy Meeting and serves as another opportunity for clients to bring questions and concerns/opportunities to FPC.
Go to Market Brief (GTM Brief)
The GTM Brief will occur around the 6-month mark and based on when FPC and client agree that the business model is prepared to be fully implemented. At this point FPC will switch to monthly Strategic Meetings for the first two years before switching to quarterly progress meetings and special meetings by request.
