Introductory First Year Offer

For the first year, Friction Point Consulting will prioritize learning over profits. Our goal is to run our Opportunity Analysis plan with five businesses over the next year and help create two startups. This will be COMPLETELY FREE to clients (tips based off improvements appreciated, but never required).

What we do ask is feedback and the ability to use your business case study in FPC’s future endeavors. You will receive the case study and the opportunity to continue working together through our retainer program.

I believe in offering our services at no cost to clients for several reasons. One, it is an applicable way for me to solidify my MBA classes and knowledge in a real way that helps people. Two, I believe in slow lasting growth over rapid risky growth for small businesses. And three, as a retired veteran, I am in a position where I can prioritize intellectual capital over money. Since I acquire little risk in starting FPC, I want to extend that risk mitigation to others.
